Zippy Pins just shipped a huge order of our best selling crew/rowing pins to SouthBay Rowing in a new larger 1 1/2" size.
We first met Jess of SouthBay Rowing in the fall of 2008 in Boston, MA, while watching our daughter/sister row in the Head of the Charles regatta. We were immediately drawn to her booth’s merchandise by its witty sense of humor and knew Zippy Pins would be a great addition. Her customers certainly must agree. Ever since her first order she routinely sells out of pins at East Coast regattas.

It all began with our exhaustive, nationwide search for a website design firm who would not only share our creative vision, but also have the passion and talent to make it a reality. After many fruitless Google searches, dead end emails, phone calls and even a meeting with prospective web designers who showed no enthusiasm for our project, we became frustrated and started to lose hope.
That all changed when we were introduced to Solar Jet Productions by a personal recommendation. After an exchange of emails and a conference call with Sean Jeremy Palmer, CEO of Solar Jet Productions, we reviewed his detailed proposal, and immediately knew ZippyPins.com’s future was in very capable hands.
SolarJetPro has guided the entire process. From an outline of our ideas and crude hand drawn sketches, Sean led his team to skillfully transform our vision into a fully Flash interactive site that is engaging and truly original. SolarJetPro also undertook designing our logo, creating a brand identity, and working with us to create a marketing strategy among other crucial services.
Since Zippy Pins was just a concept, Sean took time during the creative and design process to organize our many ideas into a user-friendly website and definitely proved that he was up for the challenge of working with two creative (and perfectionist) women who had a dream.
